Oh, yes, I completely agree about being grateful to have the iBroker app. It serves as a good backup/fail safe plan if your desktop goes out as well. :)

Is the OEC demo datafeed different from the live datafeed? I ask because the demo quotes on the DOM and chart seem to lag behind other accurate providers - particularly at market open. thanks much.

TOS lags especially at the market open (first 30 mins). It's not as bad as the lags I experience on OEC trader though. TOS is decent for non-scalping though (more than a few ticks in and out is ok)

I don't think they can see the charts. Just potential orders (assuming unfilled orders are server side stored - like bracket orders). I know TransactAT has a remote assistance app if you need them...
