Level 2 market data showing only 10 levels NT8

As my understanding(not certainly correct), CQG...
As my understanding(not certainly correct), CQG level 2 market data only provides 10 levels of depth, but Rithmic provides more than 10(what I heard is full deph of market).
And Ninja continuum...
