I am using Kinetick data with Level 2 market data for ES on Ninja Trader 8. But when opening the SuperDOM or market depth (level 2) window I get only 10 levels of depth. I already right-clicked into the window and under Properties I raised the default level value from 10 to 50. That doesn't change anything, I only get 10 levels. Am I missing anything? how can I show more levels? Ten levels are not enough.
Does anyone know if the continuum feed from GFF Brokers/Iron Beam will provide more than 10 levels data? I remember the free trial was showing 50+ levels for both bid/ask. Someone please provide clarity on this issue!*

As my understanding(not certainly correct), CQG level 2 market data only provides 10 levels of depth, but Rithmic provides more than 10(what I heard is full deph of market).
And Ninja continuum feed is an white label from CQG.
