I found it odd that one does not get notified of these new versions.

NinjaTrader shouldn't the platform notify you when updates are available?

My recommendation - in case you have not done so...

My recommendation - in case you have not done so already - is to let NT support know. So that they can add to the list of issues if they don't have it.
