Did you make a google data connection ?

Try with a simple example, or one from the demo movie

If that all works, i would then try to figure out this instrument

You must fill in the ticket, not the URL ...

You must fill in the ticket, not the URL

That should be : INDEXNASDAQ

and you must set the exchange to right exchange (which implies the extension) : OSX
