SC - you can edit the colors, fonts, toolbars as you like.
And one more thing is the spreadsheed function, which makes it easy creating an indicator.

Fist MCDT is free.
Sierra Chart is affordable and includes data backfill (Package 3 $243.36 USD for 1 year)

MCDT - only the included indicators are available
SC - all you need, but programming...
