Just noticed that screenshot says "date range in file: 2014-03-03 to 2014-03-07".

Wonder where the heck it is getting that, as the SPX.XO.* files in data directory were removed.

At this point, it could be any of the other tickers referenced on the chart even though that's not what the log suggests. I'll try a new blank chart later and try to troubleshoot.

I renamed the VIX.XO.* and SPX.XO.* files and...

I renamed the VIX.XO.* and SPX.XO.* files and re-opened Sierra Chart. Same problem.

I keep getting a symbol error "unknown, unavailable or improperly formatted" with SPX.XO and VIX.XO thru IQFeed on Sierra Chart.

This worked fine in March when I last used Sierra Chart. Now that...
