are you the one using the 2460s with the AMD 6 core?
In my situation if I decide to go this route I would not overclock and would upgrade the CPU cooler to keep the nose level down.

Is the noise on your system a function of a stock CPU cooler or is it the CPU itself. I am looking at the 6 core but want to try and keep it as quiet as possible.
