TimeZoneColor for BH/Strategies

This is an improved version of the original posted by @monpere.
This colors 3 different time zones. It allows for timezones that cross date boundaries and shows overlapping timezones by merging the 2 time zone colors. It also display the name of the timezone or names of overlapping time zones. It is an update of the ColoredTimeRegions indicator.

-Added BoolSeries for each timezone for use with BloodHound & strategies. True = in timezone.
-Added a color for when no market is open.
-Fixed Transparent color use.
-Fixed text function when multiple dataseries are on the chart. (text is disabled)
-Added auto text color change depending on chart background color.

LineBreak Wicked bartype

This version fixes the issue of the wicks not showing the full price movement on historical bars.

As a reminder, Ninja requires a restart after importing a bartype.

For NT 7.
Not compatible with NT 6.5

Multi MA Price Channel V2

Inspired by my time in Felton Trading live trading room, this ind. is a multi selectable MA(currently BMCollectiveMAv2, EMA, EMADouble, TEMA, EMAZeroLag, HATEMAZeroLag, TEMAZeroLag, HMA, HoltEMA, JMA, LinReg, SMA, TMA, TSF, VWMA, WMA) with offset bands based on ATR, Range, or Tick. Besides being pretty, this ind. when properly "matched" to the instrument it gives a good indication of direction change. Obviously, no guarantee for how long.

V2: Added more MAs as listed above. Can now access MA value. Added some extra options. Upper & Lower plots change color to match shading, when not set to Transparent.

SwingGap

This is a simple modification of NT's Swing indicator. This ind. does Not fill in the bars between the bar of the High/Low point and the bar on which it was detected (as specified by the Strength input). The purpose is so you can quickly see which bar the Hi/Lo point was detected on(signal was given).
