Ive seen the autotrader in action in webinars with Randy. It really does not appear to be a set it and leave tool. so i use the information learned in the webinar to trade the indicators manually.

People, there's nothing wrong with indicators, the problem is most users are looking for an indicator to put on the chart and instantly get 95% winning blue arrows without understanding the indicator. I can go toe-to-toe with price action analysis with the best of them, but I choose purely indicator based trading, using the most common and free indicators you can find, RSI, and Stochastics. I exclusively trade divergence, let me see anyone trade divergence without an indicator, hehe

What you need to do is choose a small set of indicators, and learn them inside out, just like price action traders learn price patterns, indicator traders need to learn the behavior of their indicators. I have studied my indicators enough that I can look at the price action, and pretty much tell you what my indicators would look like during that price action. I don't analyze the market, and almost don't even need to look at price action, I trade indicator pictures, when my indicator gives me a certain picture, I don't hesitate to pull the trigger, because all the price action analysis is built in to that indicator pattern. You can trade very successfully and stress free with indicators, but you need to learn the behavior of your indicator(s) inside and out.

I agree with you, after 3 years of trading this and that, recently I found what you explained here and now I am focusing in my indicator trying to predict the price.
Thanks,
Masoud

My experience is posted in another thread, missed this one when I posted the other, sorry!

But my experience has been TERRIBLE!

the system itself is based off SUPERTREND (you can get here on this forum!)

the support from the vendor when you have bugs, and problems is that he doesn't correct them, and says to deal with the over-fills, and bugs that are in the code, this is bad... if you have known issues in your code, GET IT FIXED... and make the people that have purchased your software, aware of these, before they risk THEIR OWN REAL MONEY IN THE MARKETS.

its obvious that the developer DOESN"T use his own real money to trade this strategy, the fact is that if he did trade his own money, he would go broke quickly....

In the end, I'd suggest sterring clear of this vendor....

I agree, it appears that the indicators seem to have a very similar foundation to the "SUPERTREND" indicator included in this site's download area. I have several customers that have purchased his products and have fairly good things to say, but most would agree that it was a launching point for them - that they aren't using the tools exclusively, but rather have taken the concepts they learned and applied them to match their particular trading personality and style. I also agree, that these are just indicators per se, and not one size fits all canned approaches, the likes of which I've never seen.

Masoud, you are right about pursuing predictive indicators as a whole and that general concept and idea. It's that same realization that I had several years ago. I got tired of working with tools that told me what had "just happened", and found that in this new era of data analysis (alongside more powerful trading computers and better platforms like NT7, TSTation 9.0+) we could squeeze some really relevant information that was in fact, "leading", vs "lagging". When you search for vendors that work with leading indicators too I've found there is more transparency, as what they say should happen next either does, or doesn't, a statistically relevant period of time.

Anyone knows which futures.io (formerly BMT) Ninja 7 indicators are the equivallent of:
- BWT PercentRStoch
- BWT ATROscillator

I would like to use data from these BWT indicators in a simple Ninja strategy wizard. Right now these BWT indicators do not show their data in the strategy wizard. I can only see the data displayed in the Ninja Data Box.
