I will provide a general comment that when a website has videos on their own pages asking whether they are in fact a scam (regardless od the videos content).... that's not a good metric for me, so I tend to stay away.

About the funding, AFAIK the only one that is used with a certain degree of consistency (at least from FIO members) is TST.
I know of certain companies that say "you pay us and we train you. After the training, if you earn at least X then we will fund you".
The ones I have come across were actually 1) preying on people's hopes that they would be profitable after 2-3 months (not happening unless you have already experience IMO) and 2) undercapitalized to seriously fund people anyway but that doesn't matter because of 1)
