Plain and simple, and I think this would damn near solve all the fraud that is out there.
1) Require all NT partners to have a valid 'contact' page with their full legal name and a phone number. You can easily verify this by requiring them to provide a government issued ID and by calling the number.
2) Require all NT partners to make their whois records for their website public and not hidden by a proxy. This way you can easily see the owner of the domain.
These two things should pretty much overnight eliminate all the crap that is out there. The people that perpetrate the fraud are doing so because they are completely anonymous. This eliminates that.
Legit business owners should have zero issues complying with this and I would imagine would completely support and embrace this, to help distinguish them and eliminate all the unsavory characters out there.
Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.
Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? NinjaTrader is constantly evolving our Ecosystem program and participation requirements as previously posted. Your post is timely in that we just discussed with a large number of partners this past week our pending plans to completely revamp our program in 2016 which includes the website, partner entrance and maintenance requirements and a potential rating system. We will take into account your suggestions as we proceed with that project.
Thanks for your post.
