Weis Wave chart timeframe based on....

Good afternoon,
can someone please help me in determining the best " WAVE "to use, based on what chart timeframe(s) you use, when using the Weis Wave?

For instance,
I use a 9324 tick chart for trading the ES
a 3996 tick chart for the CL
a 5328 tick chart for the NQ

When plotting the Weis Wave on one of these charts, would I need to use a 1.0 " WAVE " per 1000 ticks ?

Take the 9324 tick chart for the ES, to have Weis Wave calculate and plot correctly, would I need to set the wave to 9.0 ?
Set the wave to 5.0 for the 5328 tick chart ?

And lastly please, can you apply the Weis Wave Indicator and get accurate reading, on the Daily and Weekly charts?
Or is it best to stick to using tick charts ?

Thanks for the help, I'm quite knew to the Weis and Wychoff method,
want to make sure I'm using the proper charts and settings
