i pmed matt but still no link
is this community edition in

??
I wanted to work on it during the long weekend
is this the file that creates the original dll ??
thanks

Hi dlatbm,

That link is no longer active as we've moved the Community Edition back to the main site. We're currently undergoing some changes due to the recent Ninja announcement regarding entry into the brokerage space.

As such I'll be once again distributing 9G Pro directly from my main site as well as offering CE from there as was the case before. I'm currently working in the background to put things in place, hence no official announcement. If you wish to download CE please visit my site. I will PM you the link.

The 1LDom that you have there was my very first incarnation of an order book that was based off of Gomi's Volume Foot Print. It was a completely free offering and at the time I was not in the "Vendor" space so was acceptable to have available on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT), now that I offer a paid version of my newer product I cannot maintain it here for obvious reasons.

Best
Ross

Will optimus provide support for 9gdom going forward or is it going to be directly from you Ross?

Optionzen,

That's basically up to Matt, if they wish to continue to distribute and support 9G going forward then I'm perfectly happy with that. We have a very good relationship so will be continuing to work together. At this point in time I think they are still deciding on various product related strategies for the future so I can't say much more than that.

I'm continuing as I always have been, the main 9G site is open and I'll be supplying licences direct as well as offering availability of the Community Edition.

Support wise if you have any queries you can send them my way, this has always been an option though and I have always fielded the more complex issues in the background, so you shouldn't really see much difference. The product is still very much moving forward with development etc. So feel free to get in touch direct if you have any issues. When I have a clearer picture going forward of the final set up regards the relationship, I'll update.

Best
Ross

Yes, we will support 9G customers that have purchased via our site.
I think that we did a good job together with Ross in terms of supporting our customers.

This DOM is just amazing

I bought the Community Edition to give it a spin. Quickly got the hang of customizing it and I was hooked.

Had a couple of questions and Ross was very quick to respond. Decided to buy the full version so I can use it in my next combine.

Since switching to Ninja I've been struggling with the DOM and considered going back to T4 out of pure frustration. Now I can finally trade and not waste time and energy with the DOM

Greetings,

I do most of my own programming and creation of indicators and chart types etc.

I have an on the chart DOM I use and I have been reluctant to purchase the 9G.
I have had the Community Edition since the beginning but I have not used it much and I had it mostly to get ideas on how I should set my DOM up.

With the new pricing structure, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a license.
I must say I am very satisfied with the product.
It is much cleaner than anything I have created.
It is also flexible and I don't have to 'tinker' with code to get it to do what I want.

Hi Silvester,

I tried asking on the forum a while back and got no reply hence asking here. From what I read they don't offer the Community Edition any more. I tried the download link on the page but it doesn't seem active... How does their DOM compare to Sierra?? Do they have last Bid & Ask Columns?

I see. but a lot changed since then

the management is under @1LotTrader again. the community edition is back. I don't have sierra charts, but I can't imagine anything the sierra dom offers that 9G doesn't. you can create as many bid / ask columns as you wish and lay them out as you please. no limitations.

I'm not sure if ross will be traveling the next few days. but you could send him a pm (conversation under inbox)
