Here it goes:

Yesterday i had chewing gum in my mouth during trading, this was frankly enough the first time (i chew that stuff alot) and i have the following theory and i`m curious if other traders experience the same thing.

"Chewing gum is a good indicator for your personal stress"

If more are experiencing this, this would be a proper rule:
If you are trading and you chew it so hard that you can feel you muscles: stop trading you have too much stress for a certain period, resume trading after a few minutes.

i thought this treat could use a hottie :

Yeah I have the same problem, I'm an anxious person to begin with and don't smoke so for me it helps calm me down a little to be chewing gum.
