Question on EasyLanguage (OnDestroy)

It is an EventHandler that will perform housecleaning behind the scenes once an object that is being used by the code no longer needs to be used or is being unloaded. EasyLanguageRTLOnDestroy is the name of the method that does the housecleaning and releases control of the objects and reclaims things such as memory allocation.

Any idea what that is?
