Wanted to share my experience with this Vendor. The company name is Dynamic Trading Software. when you put in the link https://www.dynamictradingsoftware.com/swing-trading-software/ it will take you to a different address of a company called https://www.quantumleaptrading.com/
The system appeared it may help me. So I made the purchase.
I want to simply cut and paste a few email exchanges so the reader can understand I tried to be as cordial as possible. The indicators were not cheap. My only crime was being consistent with my request for help.
After the purchase in the middle of Jan 2024, I asked for some instructions or a video helping to understand it better. I never heard back.
Repeated requests;
Jan 19th. "If you have any instructions or guidance please send them my way." Never heard back.
Jan 24th. "Hi Christopher. Do you have any videos or instructions to watch or read so I can learn how to use the indicators? I am sort of lost at the moment." Never heard back.
Jan 30th "Thought I would ask once more for your help. I dont understand why you would not want to help see your customer trade successfully.....Can you tell me how to trade with your indicator? I am retired. I dont make a great deal of money. I just want to help increase my IRA. I want to do a review on NexusFi."
Hoping he would want a positive review I mentioned this to him. Mentioning NexusFi must have worked? I received this response on the same day, 22 minutes later.
"Hey Sorry I have been so busy recently. I will get back to you next week with as much help as I can give you. You have not upset me. Sorry you got caught up in a mad few weeks. Thanks"
I felt there was hope.
But, nope, I never heard back.
On Feb 9th I sent another email;
"Hi Christopher Just wanted to check in. If you have time, even a brief video may help. Explaining what the indicators do and when to know what trade to initiate. What does a set up look like and what to look for before I jump in? I have no clue what I am doing. Of course, I can see blue means up and red means down, but beyond that I have no clue what I am looking at. No need to respond this evening since it's the weekend. Please contact me next week so I can get started. Thank you and have a good weekend."
Never heard back.
On March 20th I opened the Ninja platform to chart. I received a Vendor Notification banner that read -Your license for such and such is expired. Please contact Dynamic Trading Software for a license...-
I confess, now I was a bit frustrated.
On March 22nd I sent another email that read "Dear Sir. The indicators have stopped working. I have no other choice but to leave a review because this is not right."
His response was 2 minutes later. "Don’t ever threaten me because at that point I’ll have to retaliate. Reviews do nothing and are not a bargaining tool.. in fact they usually bring business.. Don’t do that again. Please, I have a marketing team. Not sure why it’s stopped working. Looking now."
I sent one more email; "Wow. I have been nothing but cordial and you have not responded to my issue. This is not a threat. This is a customer not receiving customer service. I dont trade to make money. I trade to pay medical bills. This is not some sort of hobby I do when I am bored. Why dont you just refund me and we can part. After all, without understanding how to use your indicators doesnt help me whatsoever."
He ignored my request for a refund. (what Vendor ever gives a refund, lol) Yes, he got the indicators working, but this was just not right.
I wanted to share my review so others would know what they can expect if you have a problem. Once again, I am stuck with an indicator that I cant figure out. I take responsibility for the purchase, but is it wrong to ask for help from the Vendor? Was that also my issue?
Thank you for reading.
