Yes, first thing I did before opening any other device. Haven't been able to open it with either Apex Evaluation or the PA account that I have. RTrader works fine on my desktop computer, just won't open on IPhone.

hm, this sounds curious, I use it since it is available (I guess you know that username/password are case-sensitve) another issue could be that you have not set the apex data connection
Finally got RTrader UN and PW working. Couple things I did to get it right. I opened my User Profile in RTrader Pro Desktop application. I then attempted to change my PW which didn't work. I then went to my APEX sign up document and copied the PW and pasted it into the RTrader Profile PW change section. That worked! Guessing some of the characters given in the original PW were not as obvious and it was writen in wrong. Thanks for your help.
