Anyone know why the app isn’t loading threads?

Works fine for me. Try these steps to potentially fix the issue (if it's on your end):

For Android

- Hold the NexusFi app until a menu pops up
- Click the little I inside a circle
- Scroll down to Storage and click it
- Click Clear data
- Open the app and try logging in again

Browse directly without the app? Do you mean through a browser like Chrome or Safari? What is the advantage of that?
