I'm using this footprint chart I found here on nexusfi.com and I'm loading it on a 2k tick chart but each footprint seems to have much more than 2k tx's. Am I missing something or could there be an issue here?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
How do you know it's more than 2k ticks? A tick chart is not the same as a volume chart. A 2k tick chart can contain more than 2k volume. I could imagine that if it were a 2k volume chart, it would not be displayed correctly because it was not calculated correctly. If so, feel free to PM me, then you can try my FP :-)

The footprint shows volume traded at price which is not the same as the number of ticks per bar. You can add the NT 'Tick counter' indicator to show the number of ticks before a new bar starts.
I can buy 10 contracts at the offer/ask which is one tick up resulting in the footprint to print 10 contracts (volume) traded at the ask.
