I want to open a trading account but I am not sure whether i should agree to the "arbitration agreement"? I already googled it but still dont know what choice the better one is?! Maybe someone could help me out with a little explanation or suggestion?!

thanks a lot - didnt find this explanation... so the brokerīs preference is that the customer signs it, okay...
