You can select Renko bars as the bar type in the Data Series section in Ninjatrader since it is one of the default options out of the box. You can find more exotic Renko bar types for free which can be installed as an indicator as well.

Is there a way to view renko charts for ES or NQ on ninjatrader? I've seen some sites ask $250 for indicator , and I don't see a good renko on tradingview, so wondering if it exists?

Look under Data Series > Type (at the top of the Data Series, above Chart Style)

In the drop down box at the upper left of the chart, click, then go to configure and add Renko.

You can access Renko, range and time etc described above or click on the Data Series Icon at the top or right click on your candlestick or Renko.

Besides the Wicked Rendo Bars, you can access Uni-Renko and NinzaRenko for free at the App Share or go to Ninza.co

As time goes on, you will find that there are ever so many benefits to Ninjatrader8 that can be accessed.
