Hi,

Suddenly yesterday my NT 7 platform will not display intraday data, only daily charts.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If you're still able to use NT 7, please let me know so I know it's just me.

I use NT 8 but still have some NT 7 charts that I find very useful.

Hey Bob,

I have not used NT7 for years - if you don't get feedback from others my advice is to install a clean NT7 version - either in a virtual machine or possibly on another PC - to see if it's your specific NT7 installation that's causing the issue.

I did both of those things already.

I even fired up an old VM image in case a recent Microsoft update could be causing problems.

No change.

I'm wondering if Ninja might have pulled the plug (intentionally or accidentally) on NT 7, so I'm hoping to hear from others....

So far Platform Support is mute.
