I'm looking for Market Replay data for SOXL or SMH. Do you know where I can get it? Preferably for free, but would be willing to purchase if need be.

Ok, I don't know if this website helps, but I used them in the past to download NT market replay data for futures

They may or may not have equities too, although I don't know. It may be worth asking them.
