Does the $TICK index also represent Russell 2000 stocks?

The $TICK includes all (around) 2800 stocks traded at the NYSE exchange, so you can be sure that many Russel 2K stocks are included.

Much appreciated couldn't find anything definitive didn't want to waste time back testing it with Russell for no reason. Thanks!
