TOS $ADSPD for Ninjatrader 8

Does anyone know how to create an indicator that would copy the $ADSPD Think of Swim indicator for NT8?

I'm using the Advance Decline indicator created by 3rd party made for NT8 but it does not match the TOS indicator.

If you are willing to pay, Kinetick offer a number of advance/decline metrics, including for the S&P which you seek.

If you go to Symbol Serach and type S&P in Keyword and select Market Statistic in instrument type it will list them all.
