Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Both the buyer and the seller should understand that NinjaTrader explicitly forbids the transfer of a license in their terms and conditions, and that the buyer may encounter problems with NT if they attempt to use it.
So, let the buyer beware.

There is an EU court ruling that these sorts of restrictions cannot be enforced in the EU.
We used to simply delete any such offers because they are against the agreement between the user and NT. Now we simply raise the caution flag, especially for non-EU members. It is not clear whether NT will do anything or not, actually, but since it is still in the agreement, it is worthwhile for anyone considering this exchange to be aware of the situation.
And the EU court ruling is for the EU. As to its wider applicability, I am not a lawyer.
I'm glad to have come back and had a chance to fill out this answer a little, since the real point is that a degree of risk is being taken (or may be taken) by someone who buys. It is not a certainty, simply something to be aware of and to evaluate.
