I think Support of any service is just people ... sometimes they have a good day/week, sometimes not. Talking to support of IQFeed/Polygon is sometimes great and sometimes, you have to write five messages just to make the support person understand what the problem is, dodging their misleading answers along the way.
Is the support quality of NT really consistently worse over the last year? On Polygon support, some people are sharp and some are less so ... can it be that your tickets were given to a particular person every time?
