NinjaTrader Market Analyzer converted to MetaTrader

I have a few Ninja Trader indicators that use the Market Analyzer. I wanted to know if anyone has ever made or converted something like this, into MetaTrader 4, and if so did it work the same way? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
