Do you trade momentum and breakouts or do you buy lows and sell highs trying to time reversals?

I trade Options to harvest premium. As such, I trade with the expectation of price staying within a range, but not caring if the direction is up or down.

How would you define a pullback, say on VWAP ?

It depends on your time frame. I day trade the ES and a pullback is about 5 to 10 ES points. If your holding time is more than a day a pullback may be 100 ES points, all depends.
