What futures trend the most? For example, the indexes "mean reversion" creates whipsaw trades in the consolidation phase. Ouch. Is there a market that inherently minimizes this effect? What is a simple test for "trendability"?

What is a simple test for "trendability"?

The ADX is widely known for trendability. https://www.investopedia.com/articles/trading/07/adx-trend-indicator.asp
Each day just count the # of bars where ADX is 50 or over. Then take that number over the total number of bars for the day.

The best help in trading is to determine S/R Levels

This won't help when the market is choppy and trendless.
