Ninjatrader NT8 automated strategy development

Hello folks!

After a gap of about 6 years I have begun to trade futures again. I have been testing a strategy manually and am looking to hire an experienced NT8 programmer to help me automate this strategy. I am looking for feedback from those of you here who have gone down this path and have Do's & Don'ts to share:
1. Does anyone have an NDA, code/IP ownership contract template that you can share. I am looking for something that will help prevent or set the barrier very high to prevent someone I hire to develop the strategy from running it on their own without my approval, or incorporating it into products they may be working on. If there are any legal minds here I am even willing to pay for a good legally binding contract.
2. What is the best place to reach experienced NT8 programmers here at futures.io or outside? Does this site have such a list? I was considering Upwork.

Hey,

I have recently coded my first automated strategy on NT8 for the MES. I am not actually a programmer, but I kind of taught myself how to do it. The documentation on their website is pretty comprehensive and depending on how complicated you strategy is, you might be able to do it yourself. Otherwise, I would be willing to give it a shot for free without a guarantee that I am actually able to do it. Happy to sign any confidentiality document, if needed. But I am also pretty sure there are more trained and experienced individuals in that field here.
