Hello,

The Darvas indicator is a free open source indicator that comes with Ninjatrader 8. I would some help to modify it so that it does the following;

Output to csv the following:
Value of Upper line
Value of Lower Line
Number of times so far that the Upper line has changed
Number of times so far that the Lower line has changed
Number of times the Upper line has moved UP successively (counter resets when the Upper line makes a move downwards)
Number of times the Upper line has moved DOWN successively (counter resets when the Upper line makes a move upwards)
Number of times the Lower line has moved UP successively (counter resets when the Lower line makes a move downwards)
Number of times the Lower line has moved DOWN successively (counter resets when the Lower line makes a move upwards)

Please find attached the Darvas cs file and a screenshot.
I would like the source code of the final indicator please.

Thank you for your kind assistance.

BBAbility.

Great place to start https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/using_streamwriter_to_write_to.htm works great and easy for writing data to a file. Follow this link for info and download & install sample change to your liking.
