I am currently watching gold, silver, cooper, corn, wheat, soybean, stock index, some forex futures and t-bonds. I wonder if there are anything else you recommend?
Is it worth trading less popular commodities like lumber, lean hogs and soybean oil?

Of course it your choice, I guess it doesn't make sense to post all available instrument.

Go with instruments which have volume and learn how it moves, start with 1 or perhaps 2, because every instrument will have its own personality.

my personal experience: i'm trading about 5m usd for my own a/c and i trade the following (i am using their futures code to make it easier)

Equities:
ES, YM, RTY, NQ, NKD, FDXM, FCE, FFI, IN, CN

FX:
EC, JY, BP, SF, AD, NE, CD, MP

Fixed Inc:
ZT, ZN, ZB, FGBM, FGBL, FLG, JGB1 (this is new for me)

Non agri Commods:
LCO, CL, RB, HO, NG, CFI, HG, GC, SI

Agri commods:
ZC, ZS, ZW, CT, KC, SB, HE, LE

Crypto:
BTC, ETH.

I looked at lumber, oats, orange juice, rough rice, etc but those are really too thin in terms of volume in my opinion.

I have found that it is very difficult to follow more than a few markets. Although that depends on your style of trading. I find that for day trading I prefer ES, CL and GC. They have enough volume and have nice swing during the day.

I do swing trading so I can follow a few more than just 3 markets. Probably 20 is fine.

Platinum goes up and down no matter how bad the market is. Of course your going to have red candles but nothing like most commodities and stocks
