I'm fairly confident in how I entered everything into Strategy Builder, but looking at the strategy analyzer or reviewing Playback mode it does not appear to be correct.
As a minimum working example, say I want to enter short after a bullish candle and current price falls below open of previous bullish candle. However, when reviewing in Playback mode it does not enter correctly. I've attached an example of desired entry point circled in blue. I've experimented with 'on bar close' and 'on price change' but still can not get it working properly.
It seems like it would be fairly simple but I can not get the desired results and it's driving me crazy! This is actually intended to serve as the basis of a more complex strategy but I can't seem to get past the first step. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Number the rightmost bar as 0
Next bar left as 1 (the big red candle), and
Next bar left as 2 (the green bullish bar)
Under ‘on bar close’
The short will trigger on close of bar 1

Reason
Bar 1 is still in process of forming when price goes below the arrow, so bar 1 has not closed yet for entry trigger purposes. It is only when bar 1 closes (way at bottom), ninja will see that it is below your arrow, and then ninja goes “ah. Ok. Bar 1 close is below the arrow. Short now!”
Attempt a set of conditions that if a 30Min closed green, if current bars high is at or below the last bars hgh,then when there is a trend down, low of last "green bar" will execute a limit at one tick below the open of the last green bar go short. That will enter you at where your arrow is. A trade set up will be intra bar on the current red bar. The bar will not yet be closed & can also go green in a period to the bar close, attemp to manage the trade until the pos close of the bar and varify the trades direction is correct.
You will need to set the code :caulate on each tick, or Calcylate on price change so that intar bar order will be placed.
