Custom Renko Chart does not load

Hello,
I currently have a problem with a Renko chart that I would like to use on my NT8.

Unfortunately the Renko Bars are not loaded.
I have already reinstalled NT8 and reset DB or tried to repair, unfortunately all without success.

The log does not show any errors and the connection to the data feed works fine, I have already tested this several times with other chart types.

Does anyone have any idea what other steps to go through to solve the problem?

Am at my wit's end.
Would really appreciate your support.

Hello @Abraxxion, welcome.

There are a few Renko bars available for NT8. Where did you get the ones you are trying to use?

Have you already contacted NT Support for this issue?
