I am looking for a platform for trading ES futures. My broker is velocity futures and I have tried sierra charts as a trading platform and I am not happy with their user interface. Are there other platforms that I can try that can be used as a fix adapter for trading es. Thanks in advance for your help.

MultiCharts, but at the moment only automated trading (seems early discretionary too), and TradeVec. NinjaTrder use Fix too but is considered from Velocity apart, with little higher commission.

Take your Pips, go out and Live.
Luke.

Can I use NT7 with TT Fix Adapter with the lower commision? Why do we have to pay 20cents more if they are the same?

Because you are not paying for ZenFire.

velocity doesn't use ZenFire. I am talking about the commissions difference for TT Fix Adapter and Ninjatrader on velocity. The commission for Fix adapter is $3.6 rt while commission for NT is $3.8 rt. Since NT is actually using the Fix Adapter, why pay 20cent more? Anyone try to use the fix adapter and feed the data directly to NT?

Just a thought but... ask Velocity?

And what are you comparing? Ninja using TTFix against what?

The 20 cents is the royalty being paid for Ninja using the Static DOM, which uses the patents they license from TT.

Are u sure tha the static DOM is included and not to be paid separately?

If your Ninja has a static DOM, you are paying for it in your commissions. I recently had ninja disable the static DOM for my license, and then Mirus reduced my rates by the 20 cents (I don't use their DOM).
