Potential buyers beware. NinjaTrader Ray (owns the company) clearly states
that licenses are not transferable and if a transferred license is found,
it is subject to termination. There is a strong possibility the buyer will lose
their 749 Euros.
If you're willing to risk 749 Euros to save a couple hundred, maybe it's worth it.

Thanks for posting. I think our Terms of Service Agreement that every user agrees to during the installation process is very clear in this regard.

As to the license, I would simply remind everyone involved that NinjaTrader has made its position clear, and essentially that the buyer should be aware of this before going in. Otherwise, we have no particular stance on this subject.
