Create a futures trading funding company?

Does anyone know what the requirements are to create a funding account, similar to leeloo trading?
Do you know of any place to read about it?

Other than $$ and an solid IT person� You may want to schedule time with Tradovate. If you look at their enterprise offerings, it�s one of the services they offer and I�d assume they can get you rolling in the right direction.

Interested in doing the same. My question is could it be done with a different twist like "gamification" whereby you complete several tasks and accrue points to get to the next level etc.
