We want nexusfi.com to be a place for traders can air their views and experience, which can be critical of others and which can involve reviews of vendors, but we insist on certain basic rules, and will enforce them.

Members must remain civil and professional. No matter the situation, it is possible to state the facts clearly, without becoming personal and without getting into a pissing contest back and forth. State what you have to say, and don't let it sink down to a personal conflict. You can be firm, but not rude.

- Anyone offering a service or product for sale to traders is a vendor, within the scope of our vendor policy. Vendors can be welcome because of their experience, but they cannot do anything that involves selling to members. A vendor is required to notify us of their vendor status before making any posts, and is required to follow the vendor rules. A vendor who does not is subject to being banned. See the section "Vendors and Self-Promotion" in https://nexusfi.com/disclaimer/

- You clearly are a vendor in the sense of providing programming for pay, based on your post. We realize that sometimes people may not be aware of the rules, and we want to make allowance for that. I have marked your account as a vendor account, with the business name of "sidlercom." If you wish a different name to be used, let me know.

- As a vendor, if in the future it comes to light that you are using your presence on nexusfi.com to obtain business from the members, you will be banned. Essentially, you cannot do anything to obtain business or promote your business in any way. You can respond to direct questions about your business in a vendor review thread. You can speak up to defend yourself. Otherwise, you cannot mention your business, directly or indirectly. If you are unsure what you can do, get in touch with me

- Also, if a member such as @HajdukZD wants to use an internet name other than his own, that is his business. Please do not reveal their name, or any other personal information that is known to you, without their consent.

- You can open a vendor review thread in the Trading Reviews and Vendors section, here: https://nexusfi.com/trading-reviews-vendors/ . If you keep your review to your actual experience and state it in a professional and civil manner, this is the place to discuss it. @sidlercom will of course be able to respond, under the same rules.

- A member must have at least 10 posts before posting in the vendor section. This is to prevent people who have no history of contribution to nexusfi.com from writing reviews, whether positive or negative.

- You will need to have at least 10 posts to make a review, which you do not now. However, these will need to be actual, real posts, not quick ones to boost your post count. When you have enough posts to make a review, feel free to start a review thread in that section.

- You recently started a thread about @sidlercom in the NinjaTrader section. This thread has been deleted. We deliberately do not allow reviews (or threads that comment one way or another on a vendor) outside of the vendor section, and subject to the vendor section's rules. (I notice that you did use his full name, but if a vendor uses his full name with his customers, that is appropriate in a review, but otherwise it is not, if he has chosen to use another screen name.)
