I guess you need to be a rocket scientist and a mensa candidate to understand the DOM. And since I am neither, difficulties grasping the numbers are immense.
And the more I look, the more I get confused since numbers are changing faster than I can blink.
What does the number and columns represent where I have added arrows?
Maybe I should record the DOM and then replay but in slow-motion?
Anyone knows what the numbers represent in columns?
Cheers to all and take care!
### Edit
Needed to change the link since somehow adding link to images does not work so I have uploaded instead.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Sorry, I'm not familiar with the Sierra DOM, but for me it looks like the columns beside the price are the current traded contracts and the other columns show the change of the contracts on the Bid/Ask side.
Thank you! Now I even got more puzzled. You are correct, but when it say -20 on the ask side, I always thought that -20 contracts where bought at the ask, but in that case number 20 would have shown in the middle as "traded contracts" ? If it did not then it means 20 contracts where removed from the orderbook?
Are this correct thoughts?
