Email Alerts Not Generating in TradeStation 9.5

Hello, all. I would really appreciate some help with this issue. Thanks!

- We are using TradeStation 9.5
- We are trying to generate trade signals that get sent to us in email.
- We have configured the email settings properly in the Message Center and in the Trade Manager Configuration Settings. We get all test emails.
- We have a custom algorithms in TradeStation, and want to have emails sent to us with the generated trade signals when we have an Active Strategy running that meets our trade criteria.

So the question boils down to how can we have a chart open, run a strategy, and get trade signals sent into Trade Manager so that we get an email alert when our criteria is met?

I was only ever able to send trade confirmations, never got anything else to work.
Sorry not much help.
