Hello everyone,

I'm trying to build an indicator that would draw "resistance" lines on every micro double top and when the body of a bar closes above/below the line, it would stop drawing on that bar. But I've hit a wall that I don't know how to get pass. I'm not a programmer by any means.

I'm using a swing indicator as the base of my indicator and I've got it working pretty well except for a couple of things. The main problem I have right now is I'm not sure how to keep the line going when it passes in between 2 bars. I know it's the way I have the conditions set that's preventing me from achieving what I want, but I'm not sure how to change it without breaking it.

I have attached screenshots that illustrates what I'm looking for and I have attached the indicator in it's current state.

I am open to any and all suggestions/solutions.

Thank you

Hi @kyubiboi,

I suggest you repost this question in the NT free indicator thread, here:

You'll have a better chance of it coming to the attention of someone interested in creating new indicators, or helping with your attempts, and it will also help keep the forum better organized by keeping related topics together. Also, someone may know of a similar indicator that has already been written.

This thread is closed to prevent a split topic.
