Today once again my MES data was coming in delayed or stopping , I usually have a chart of 5000 tick ES as my anchor and it was not delayed or stopping, has anyone else experienced this issue with NinjaTrader Continuum data feed ?

There was bad weather in Atlanta, power in and out yesterday, but today no power loss, this always seems to occur during very volatile days, it only happens to my MES and not ES data coming in.

just a couple of tricks i found .i use continuum also.. when I am using FIOS(verizon) internet provider.....tremendous speed but....constantly losing connections.......added a VPN..specifically..AVAST vpn (I use AVAST as anti virus...) slows down the internet speed however no lost connections, but still fast enough to trade...... problem went away....I also run a Task Manager in back ground because you will notice that NT would use 90-100% of CPU cycles so some charts could stall......task manager automatically cuts it back to 16-32% so other things can run......when bringing up task manager...click on the CPU column until it sorts the processes down by highest to lowest...your NT will come to the top and then you will see it reduces CPU cycles that it uses.....then just minimize Task Manager so its in background running.....should solve your problem....

Still happening , I sent logs/trace files to Platform Support today. Only micro quotes delayed are MES, chart time is 10:14 but actual time is 10:42, doesn't happen with ES charts.

Must be annoying ... but you can presumably trade MES perfectly safely from an ES chart, when this happens? (I think some people do that routinely, as a preference, anyway?).

@Tradarr, I've had the exact same problem caused by an indicator consuming resources which resulted in delayed/lagging price printing. One should think that printing price bars would have the highest priority but strangely it has not and an indicator can have a higher priority resulting in lagging prices. In other words the indicators work fine but you're watching prices from 15 minutes or more ago, especially when volatile (on open). Very weird.

You can run the " NinjaScript Utilization Monitor" to see total spent resource time.

You were right I had a few custom indies constantly giving "on bar updates" errors, I took their columns out of Market Analyzer, also support had me run in NT8 safe mode and no issues on a chart with just candles and no indicators.
