Platform/Trade Issue/Question

Greetings! Long time "lurker" here. I am hoping to get some help from you experienced traders, that maybe have had a similar issue that I ran in to today.

I placed an order, with a Stop and Take Profit bracket. Before it was filled, I "Canceled All", and the orders were removed from my platform and DOM. However, when price did get to my initial limit order (that had been canceled), the order filled. The broker said that the order was "still working at the exchange" and was not canceled, even though it was not appearing on my platform prior to being filled. Ended up taking a 15pt loss (since the Stop was canceled, when I "canceled all"). Broker saying I am out of luck, which seems asinine.

I know this is extremely specific, but I am hoping someone can give any advice/insight. Thank you all!

Hi BriGuy, welcome.


For people being able to offer their 2c they likely will need
  • What trading platform are you using
  • What data/connection are you using (e.g. Rithmic, CQG, etc.)
  • What product were you trading
  • When did this occur (date and exact time)

Appreciate the reply. Here is the info:
Platform: EdgeProX
Data: Rithmic
Product: ES
Date and time: Original order placed at 08:47 ET, Order canceled at 09:23, but then the erroneous fill at 09:31

I cannot attached the log file screebgrab due to not having enough posts yet, but here is the applicable info from it. Maybe this would be helpful as well. (Bold/Italic added manually)
