Seems so, I just Googled "market delta desktop" and several brokers and clearing firms list it, such as Stage 5, Dorman Trading, Cannon Trading, GFF Brokers, etc.
If you're looking for footprint charts (showing the amount of trades at different prices within a candle) then Sierra chart also do this. They call them Numbers Bars.
