Hello friends, how are you? I have a question for those who use harmonic patterns. From your experience, what is the best timeframe to use them in the ES/NQ? I am testing in 2000 and 2500 ticks and they work fine, but I would like the opinion of other more experienced traders. Do you use minutes, ticks, ranges, reversal bars? THANK YOU!

The answer would be depending on what type of trader you are...
I am a Swing Trader who is using Harmonic patterns and Market Geometry - an amazing combination!
The best timeframe for me is 240M and 60M to find a pattern within the pattern as well as developing a trading plan.
In addition, the 5393T chart would be best to use for the intraday entry point; especially when using with Market Geometry.

I don't trade NQ... here are the attached charts of trading ES after the Holiday on the First Day of the Month, before Friday's Non-farm Payroll report.
Enjoy!

I am using two (why? hmmm... very long story) Harmonic patterns recognition software for the NinjaTrader8 platform:
1. Purchased lifetime license from a third-party XABCDTrading.com - knowing what I know now... I would not recommend it; instead, check out these Professional Indicators https://uppdnn.com/
2. The "mkHarmonics" indicator is freely available to download as long as you are an elite member of FIO.
Here is the attached link:

Hope that helps!

Another amazing combination is to use Harmonic patterns and Fibs. Inversion concept that I have been applying since JUNE 6th, 2019.
What the heck is Fibs. Inversion?
It's symmetrical of Fibonacci ratios that I started noticing the repeatable patterns during contracts rollover over and over again.

Here is the updated 60M chart for Fibs. Inversion#1DirectionalMeltingUP within the bearish Butterfly pattern from 240M chart last month.
It's BULLISH seasonality bias as the new "normal" especially for in-between Rollovers of trading ES toward the July 4th Holiday on the First & Second Day of the Month and Quarter. Chart updated after another Friday's Non-farm Payroll report on 7/02 closing.

Enjoy!
