T DeMark take down request

Hi,

This is notice that I have received a take down request from Tom DeMark regarding two threads on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT). He claims copyright and trademark infringement.

The threads are:

Additional take down requests from DeMark have resulted in these two threads being removed, at least for now.
