I probably just mis-positioned myself and my request.
First of all, of course, I tried to find a broker on my own, but the fact is that all reviews are usually fake, from the reviews it is impossible to understand how good the broker is for scalping.
As a result, you have to independently check each one. Register, go through verification, deposit money and try, since a demo account does not always reflect the real picture.
Maybe there are people who have gone this way and found a suitable broker. small spreads mean a small difference in bid/ask price, I have never met a broker with difference for a btc/usd pair less than $100, that’s hard to scalp.
I made another reply to this but it must have been lost in the site crash.
Mostly I said...
Maybe the issue is using MT5.
I tried to find a broker that used NT and there are a few but most of the commissions are much higher than using a broker that does not use NT or MT5.
I have tried several and my favorites are Coinbase Pro and Kucoin.
I had an account with Crypto.com and it was so/so but they made $$ on me because they increased the spread on an exchange I made which resulted in me paying a price that was not even hit during the entire day of the trade. So I cancelled/closed the account.

But Learning to Dance in the Rain ! ! !
I have been suffering for the past days trying to look for this without any success. All the crypto exchanges only allow to input trades the usual way where you need to calculate stop losses and take profits and position size manually, which takes several seconds and makes scalping impossible.
And for some reason, all binance api trading solutions such as 3commas or altrady don't offer these simple solutions.
Binance API projects on github seem to consist only of trading bots. There is an interesting project (beatcoin) that offers some quick trading buttons but lacks the important features of stop loss and TP calculation. Ninjatrader and MT5 integration is expensive, hard to find and made by questionable third parties.
I've reached the point where I'm thinking of learning how to code just to create a simple binance API set of buttons that calculates my positions, SL and TP.
Edit: Forgot to mention, for now I'm using a auto-hotkey macro which is far from ideal but kinda does the job with no added costs
