Does anyone know whether third-party brokers exist to set up a Tradestation account and use the technology? Trying to reach Tradestation directly via the phone or chat link requires that you either wait on hold for hours or schedule a phone call for later in the day. I have another account at Etrade that has similar issues with hour-long wait times to speak with customer service representatives, especially during the first few hours of the market opening. Perhaps it is due to resource cut-backs with COVID, but finding a broker who answers the phone quickly and has its systems fully running during the heavy use times is seemingly much more difficult at the present time.
